AI1278-401H integrates ARM Cortex®-M4 MCU with LoRaTM modulation. AI1278-401H has two main parts, one is STM32F401C and the other is SX1278. These two powerful combinations can achieve middle range communication and transfer data into several standard interface.
SX1278 transceivers feature the LoRaTM long range modem that provides ultra-long rang spread spectrum communication, it offers bandwidth options ranging from 7.8 KHz to 500KHz with spreading factors ranging from 6 to 12, and covering all available frequency bands (137-525MHz). And SX1278 can achieve a sensitivity of over -138 dBm. The high sensitivity combined with the integrated +20 dBm power amplifier yields industry leading link budget making it optimal for any low data rate application requiring range or robustness.
STM32F401C is a high performance MCU running at 84 MHz maximum that provides multiple interfaces like UART, GPIO, ADC, SPI, I2C, JTAG interfaces. It allows customer has lots of flexibility to develop their own products.
For costumer fast developing their own product, we provide an evaluation board named as EK-AI1278-401HXB, which can easily understand AcSiP reference design toward HW & SW points of view.
